National Writing Project: Inside Inquiry 2009

Filed under: Comments — amatulli @ 11:00 am

JULY 29 – AUGUST 1, 2009

I have been a fortunate participant of the National Writing Project’s Inside Inquiry training. It was held at the Babson Executive Conference Center in
Wellesley, Massachusetts.

The Teacher Inquiry Communities (TIC) Network offers this four-day summer institute to support writing project sites to develop and sustain inquiry communities. This event is for sites that are new to the process of supporting inquiry communities or that would like to revitalize their teacher inquiry communities by taking a fresh look at how to work with them.

Work was completed in :
engaging participants in reading, writing, and thinking about inquiry
developing inquiry questions
gathering and analyzing data
thinking about how to go public with the work
